Micasadeco & Cafe are famous for their ultra fluffy stacked pancakes. Although they have several stores across the country, their Kyoto store has a particularly special menu item: matcha green pancakes! They are light and jiggly, just like their ricotta pancakes, but with the addition of locally produced matcha for that hint of bitterness and exquisite green color!
