Sushi Shin can be found tucked away down the side streets of Asagaya in West Tokyo. The shopfront may be unassuming but Chef Shinji Nakamura serves the freshest fish with his premium, omakase style sushi course. Former chef at Michelin starred Sushi Zo in New York, Chef Nakamura’s new venture promises an intimate meal of the highest quality. The Premium Course – at 15,000 yen and by reservation only – features over 15 seasonally changing dishes, including the highlight: seared A5 Matsuzaka wagyu topped with sea urchin!
